Hopefully, in the process of recreating them, I will eventually get to the point of making my own creations!!! Fingers crossed!!!

As far as what this blog would be about…since I am from India, (currently living in Texas), it would be Indian food primarily…..But I love other cuisines just as much…sooo..the end result will be a happy mix of everything from everywhere!
