Mango Bhapa Doi

Too many to thank for this…can’t remember all the names but definitely Affaf Ali and Atul @sikandalouscuisine!!!! I made mine with mango…

Ingredients
1 cup of full fat plain yogurt(or greek yogurt),
10 tbsp mango pulp,
400 ml condensed milk.
Cardamom pd. a couple of pinches.

Method
Start by preheating your oven at 350 F(180 C). Mix together the pulp, condensed milk and yogurt. Add cardamom pd.
Mix well.
Place in ramekins.
Place the ramekins into a water bath(Baking tray filled with hot water half way up the sides of the ramekins) and bake for around 30 minutes. Turn off the oven, allow the ‘Doi’ to remain in the oven for another 1-2 hours. Cover with a foil or cling wrap and chill in refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled.
Can sprinkle some more cardamom pd. and garnish with nuts.
